From June 15, 2026, to September 15, 2026, there are two routes to reach Le Viste Restaurant by car/motorcycle, depending on the time of day. Until June 19 and from September 15 onward, the route indicated "ROUTE BEFORE 7:30 PM" applies, even if you arrive after 7:30 PM. It is always necessary to provide your license plate number, as you will be driving through the Porta a Terra Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) on Via Lambardi.
ROUTE AFTER 7:30 PM: Arrive in Portoferraio and continue straight on Via Vittorio Emanuele towards the marina. During this time, it is NOT possible to continue along Calata Giuseppe Mazzini, as it becomes a PEDESTRIAN AREA. Two hundred meters before the Calata Giuseppe Mazzini road closes, turn onto Via Guglielmo Marconi (near PanElba/Gelateria ZeroGradi). Continue following the road until the traffic light on Via Giuseppe Ninci. When the light turns green, turn left and go through the first tunnel. Continue straight onto Via Sebastiano Lambardi and enter the ZTL (limited traffic zone) (follow the paved road for cars). Continue straight until the second tunnel, go through the tunnel, turn left, and park your car. The road to the restaurant is the path down to the sea behind the tree.
ROUTE BEFORE 7:30 PM: Arrive in Portoferraio and continue straight onto Via Vittorio Emanuele towards the marina until you reach Calata Giuseppe Mazzini. At the third arch (the only one that allows traffic, on the corner with the Fiorella shop), turn left and continue following the signage until you reach Via Giuseppe Garibaldi (in front of the Town Hall). Continue along Via Guerrazzi (to the left of the pharmacy) and turn right at the traffic light, entering the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). Continue straight, then after the tunnel, turn left and park your car. The road to the restaurant is the path down to the sea behind the tree.
Once you reach the top of the free parking lot (with limited parking), you will have to take a pedestrian path following the path down to the sea behind the tree.
Comfortable shoes are recommended!
We recommend arriving by car only if it's not excessively large, as the exit road is narrow!
Both routes lead to the Porta a Terra ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) in the upper part of the city (Via Sebastiano Lambardi).
Restaurant customers are permitted to pass by by providing their license plate number at the cashier upon arrival.
Please note that it is important to provide your license plate number correctly, checking the time it is recorded, to ensure access to the ZTL.
